Role summary

As the Lead Product Manager you will own end-to-end product discovery for new initiatives and lead data-driven efforts to improve core metrics. You will deliver rapid, well-designed POCs that prove product hypotheses, partner closely with engineering and design to take experiments from concept to production, and run the analytics/experimentation that turn signals into strategy. You will be the single point of accountability for product research, POC design/execution and metric improvements for priority initiatives

Core responsibilities

• Lead and execute product POCs: define problem, hypothesize solutions, design experiments, scope MVPs, and deliver working prototypes or experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Data Engineering / Analytics to run SQL analyses and create dashboards to monitor hypotheses, funnels and experiments.
• Deeply analyze product & behavioral data (SQL, event data), draw actionable insights and convert them into prioritised product requirements and roadmaps.
• Design and own A/B tests and experimental frameworks; interpret test results and recommend product decisions.
• Translate business goals and KPIs into measurable product metrics (activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC).
• Create concise research artefacts: competitive analysis, user interviews summaries, product discovery notes, and product requirement docs (PRDs).
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Eng, Growth and Ops to ship features quickly and iterate based on data.
• Mentor junior PMs & analysts when required, and raise the bar for analytical rigor across the team.

Minimum qualifications (must-have)

  ears experience in product management, product analytics, or a closely related role at a product company or startup.

• Computer Science / technical backgr

  ound (B.Tech, BE, BSc CS, or equivalent) OR demonstrable coding/data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience w

  SQL (able to write complex queries independently).
• Comfortable with at least one scripting language or data tooling (Python / R / Jupyter / pandas) OR the willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with product analytics / instrumentation tools (e.g., Mixpanel / Amplitude / GA / Heap / Segment / Snowflake / BigQuery / Looker) — able to build/interpret dashboards.
• Demonstrable experience running experiments (A/B tests), analysing results and making product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
