5–7 years in product design with leadership experienceWe are hiring a

Lead Product Designer

to drive the design vision and execution for

B2C mobile-first digital products

. In this role, you will combine visual storytelling with user-centered design principles to craft experiences that delight consumers while meeting business goals. You will guide a small team of designers, mentor juniors, and ensure design excellence across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process for consumer-facing apps, with a strong focus on mobile-first experiences.
Deliver visually polished, brand-aligned interfaces that drive engagement and retention.
Lead a small team of product designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and design reviews.
Translate user research, analytics, and business requirements into design solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design with product strategy.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on real user feedback.
Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
Stay up to date with mobile design trends, ensuring the product feels modern and competitive.

What You Bring

5–7 years of professional experience in product design for B2C apps, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and mobile-first projects.
Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong eye for typography, color, and composition.
Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts.
Experience working in hybrid setups with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven design decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
