As a Lead product designer, you will be working as part of a cross-functional team to imagine, articulate, craft, document, and deliver the core part of the product used by data analysts and business users. You'll work on high impact product areas where you will extensively be required to imagine how AI can be used to improve the core analytics workflows like data modeling, connections, insight finding, and dashboard building. What You Will Be Doing
- Engage in a disciplined and repeatable design process to envision and execute on thoughtful experiences that solve specific business problems.
- Work closely with PM and engineering counterparts to drive alignment and build influence on the outcome.
- Simplify complex problems and drive clarity by articulating designs using appropriate tools: low-fidelity deliverables, prototypes, mockups, etc.
- Closely partner with other designers, and content strategists to perfect and deliver original design solutions.
- Present, lead conversations, and drive issues to closure during weekly design reviews with creative heads.
- Write and deliver detailed design specs.
