Lead Product Designer

**Job Description** As a Lead Product Designer at Freshworks, you will have the opportunity to drive the product design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centered design solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of designers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment - Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements - Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product experiences - Creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms - Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital products - Presenting design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and executive leadership - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design - Contributing to the overall product strategy and vision, aligning design goals with business objectives - Facilitating design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you should have: - 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work - Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams - Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices - Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail - Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions - Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and design specifications - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions - Experience developing and maintaining design systems - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field - Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches,
