Lead Product Designer

to

elevate visual storytelling and interaction design

across our consumer platforms. This role requires a balance of design leadership, creative craft, and user-centered decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Define the visual direction of B2C products with high attention to detail.
  • Design mobile-first experiences that feel engaging, smooth, and modern.
  • Mentor designers and lead reviews to ensure consistent quality.
  • Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across devices.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Champion usability and accessibility standards across the product.
  • Collaborate with product teams to shape long-term strategy through design.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years in product design, with a strong B2C focus.
  • Portfolio that highlights mobile-first UX and strong visuals.
  • Experience building or scaling design systems.
  • Fluency in Figma, prototyping, and design collaboration.
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
