What You’ll Do

• Lead design for consumer-facing mobile and web platforms, driving a consistent, modern, and engaging look and feel.
• Set the visual design direction — bold, refined, and pixel-perfect — that makes the product stand out.
• Mentor and guide a team of designers, running reviews and helping elevate the quality of work across the board.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that combine function with visual storytelling.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system that keeps experiences cohesive.
• Run usability tests and research sessions to validate design decisions with real users.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design is aligned with user needs and growth goals.
• Stay on top of mobile design trends, introducing new ideas that give the product a competitive edge.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that showcases strong visual design and mobile-first projects.
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
• Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, beautiful designs.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire both design and non-design stakeholders.
