Lead Product Designer

to champion

mobile-first excellence

in consumer product design. This role is about pushing the boundaries of mobile UX — ensuring every tap, swipe, and flow feels intuitive and delightful.

What You’ll Do

Lead design for mobile-first experiences, ensuring smooth journeys across devices.
Set high standards for interaction design, motion, and micro-interactions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets that blend form with function.
Build a scalable design system that supports mobile and web.
Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to refine mobile journeys.
Conduct mobile usability tests to refine designs with real users.
Mentor a team of designers, guiding them to deliver mobile-friendly solutions.

What You’ll Bring

5–7 years of mobile-first product design experience.
Portfolio showcasing best-in-class mobile apps and consumer products.
Strong sense of motion, micro-interactions, and UX principles.
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping for mobile platforms.
Experience mentoring or leading designers.
Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset.
