The Lead Planning Engineer will manage project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for all packages under the refinery township development. The role requires expertise in integrating design, procurement, and construction schedules using advanced project management software.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Define WBS, activity coding, and milestones aligned with the project execution plan.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure realistic schedules.
• Track and analyze project performance through S-curves, earned value management (EVM), and progress dashboards.
• Identify delays, prepare mitigation strategies, and support recovery planning.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and client review meetings.
• Support cost control by integrating schedule data with budgeting and forecasting tools.
• Liaise with construction, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project planning and control on major industrial, refinery, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based analytics.
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows, procurement schedules, and construction sequencing.
• Certification in project management (PMP) preferred.
