As a Lead Planning Engineer for our client, a leading global name in Pharma Engineering Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery within defined budgets and quality standards. Your strong analytical, coordination, and leadership abilities will be essential in managing project schedules, resources, and risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in accordance with project specifications. - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate cost-effective procurement and delivery processes. - Track and analyze project progress, prepare detailed reports, and recommend necessary corrective actions. - Conduct performance analysis and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency. - Coordinate and participate in project meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress. - Review technical drawings, provide accurate material and cost estimates, and ensure compliance with project requirements. - Delegate tasks, offer feedback, and oversee project team performance to meet expectations. - Support risk assessment, troubleshooting, and optimization of project planning processes. - Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints while upholding contractual, safety, and quality standards. Qualification Required: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Engineering - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Lead Planning for industrial projects - Strong working knowledge of MS Project - Proven expertise in project scheduling, cost control, and resource management - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills - Strong leadership capabilities to effectively guide and motivate teams - Excellent communication and reporting abilities - High attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines - Willingness to travel to site locations as required - Resourceful and proactive approach with strong analytical thinking No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
