Lead Planning Engineer

The Project Engineer shall be responsible for overseeing the execution, coordination, and supervision of construction works across civil/MEP and infrastructure packages in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities and contractors on-site.

• Plan and monitor construction progress, safety, and quality against approved plans and timelines.

• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications and HSE standards.

• Coordinate between procurement, planning, QC, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Manage sub-contractor bills and connected payment advice to the Accounts Section.

• Review and approve site instructions and work permits.

• Manage manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and site logistics efficiently.

• Manage commissioning and handover of township infrastructure, housing, and utilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.

• 6+ years of experience in executing large-scale construction or township development projects.

• Experience in refinery or petrochemical infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
