About the Role

Lead Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor

  project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

  as per project specifications.
• Liaise with

  vendors, contractors, and suppliers

  to ensure cost-effective procurement and delivery.
• Track and analyze

  project progress

  ; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct

  performance analysis

  and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate and attend

  project meetings

  with cross-functional teams.
• Review

  technical drawings

  and provide accurate

  material and cost estimates

  .
• Ensure all project activities align with

  contractual, safety, and quality requirements

  .
• Delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure project team performance meets expectations.
• Support

  risk assessment, troubleshooting

  , and project planning optimization.
• Ensure

  on-time and within-budget

  project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  10 years of relevant experience

  in

  Lead Planning

  for industrial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Project

  .
• Proven expertise in

  project scheduling, cost control, and resource management

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving, decision-making, and time management

  skills.
• Strong

  leadership

  capabilities — able to guide and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent

  communication and reporting

  abilities.
