Position: Marketing Manager Location: Mohali, Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Work Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Experience Required: 3+ years Job Summary Our client is a reputed biotech equipment manufacturing company, focused on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, website updates, social media campaigns, and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Product Marketing: Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new and existing biotech products. Collateral Development: Create or manage the development of brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. Event Management: Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to build brand visibility. Business Development Support: Align business development activities with marketing goals; monitor and guide BD team performance. Lead Management & CRM: Use CRM systems to track leads, nurture relationships, and improve campaign effectiveness. Performance Reporting: Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign outcomes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biotechnology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B or manufacturing domain. Technical Skills: Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Brevo, Hootsuite/Buffer. Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing systems. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred: Experience in event management, B2B lead generation, and content marketing.
