RRP Diamond is a leading manufacturer and exporter of fine diamond jewelry, serving clients across India, the U.S., and Europe. With a reputation for precision craftsmanship and ethical sourcing, we are expanding our sales and client relationship team to strengthen both B2B and B2C segments across global markets.

We are looking for a Lead Manager who can take ownership of lead management, client communication, and business conversion from platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Shopify, as well as direct inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on leads from IndiaMART, Alibaba, Etsy, Shopify, and direct website inquiries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in wholesale, retail, and export segments.
• Communicate product details, quotations, and order updates professionally.
• Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain lead reports, conversion metrics, and client feedback data.
• Assist management in planning sales strategies and marketing campaigns for key markets.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, lead management, or client servicing, preferably in jewelry, diamond, or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of online B2B platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, etc.).
• Organized, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel for reporting is an advantage.
