Role Description

The Manager Lead Auditor will be responsible for overseeing and conducting comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This includes planning, executing, and completing audit fieldwork according to established schedules. The Manager Lead Auditor will identify and assess areas of significant business risk, communicate findings to management, and recommend improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Strong auditing skills, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Proficiency in analyzing and assessing business risks
• Experience in communicating audit findings and recommending improvements
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead an audit team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
