Job Summary

The Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the PCD Pharma division, from strategic planning and team management to business development and customer relationship management. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational management to ensure the division achieves its sales targets and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of all leads from different aspects like Indiamart Etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and coordinators to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance the team's skills in sales, communication, and market analysis.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage workload to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the PCD Pharma franchise network across India.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set clear business objectives and financial goals.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new PCD franchise partners to expand the company's reach.
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring they align with company policies.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the division.
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and order placement to logistics and timely product delivery.
  • Ensure effective communication between the sales team, franchise partners, distributors, and internal departments like production and logistics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, market developments, and team performance.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing franchise partners and key stakeholders.
  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes success and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
