This role is ideal for candidates who can proactively identify and convert high-ticket clients for website development, mobile applications, ERP software, UI/UX design, and logo design projects , especially from international markets. As a Lead Management Intern, the candidate will focus on strategic outreach, lead scraping, follow-ups, client engagement, and relationship management to build a strong sales pipeline for Corescent Technologies. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential B2B/enterprise-level clients needing website/app development. Take regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses and progress. Handle client relationship management , ensuring smooth communication and trust-building. Scrape and extract leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, and business directories. Build and maintain a lead database, including company profiles, decision-makers, and contact information. Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, cold emailing, and professional networks. Engage and qualify leads, gather requirements, and identify client pain points. Present the best solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams. Maintain weekly progress reports on leads, communications, and conversions. Requirements 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation (preferred) . Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in Hindi . Strong communication and persuasion skills. Knowledge of B2B sales, client relationship management, and cold emailing.
