RRP Diamond is a USA-based company working in the real jewelry and diamond export business. We believe in providing excellent customer experiences and are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Manage and track customer requests, feedback, and escalations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferred, freshers with excellent skills may apply).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong email handling and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
