Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly. Maintain strong communication with international clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing. Manage and track customer requests, feedback, and escalations. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferred, freshers with excellent skills may apply). Fluent in English (written and spoken).
