  We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with a strong foundation in building scalable, high-performance backend services. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Node.js, Java, and Kotlin, and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing robust microservices, APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, and Kotlin Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven systems Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Optimize performance and scalability of backend services Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices adoption Must-Have Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in backend software development Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Java, and Kotlin Proven experience building and deploying microservices at scale Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
