  1. Compensation & Benefits Lead

    : We are looking for a high-potential Compensation & Benefits Lead with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience to strategically design, manage, and optimize the total rewards portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring highly competitive pay structures, rigorous statutory compliance, and strategic alignment of reward programs with talent acquisition and retention goals. The lead will drive market analysis and system configuration for global compensation processes.
  2. Payroll Lead

    : We are looking for a highly specialized Payroll Lead with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience to oversee complex payroll operations, ensure meticulous statutory compliance, and manage the technical system configurations for a large-scale workforce. This role requires an expert balance of operational rigor, deep compliance knowledge, and leadership skills to drive process efficiency and team performance.
  3. HR Admin Lead:

    4 to 8 years of relevant experience. This role drives the operational excellence and compliance of all HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire). The Lead will establish rigorous process governance, mentor the HR Admin team, and champion the utilization of specialized HR technology to deliver a superior, highly compliant employee experience.
  4. HR Analytics Lead:

    4 to 8 years of relevant experience. This strategic role is responsible for transforming raw HR data into predictive and prescriptive business intelligence, driving data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. The Analytics Lead will serve as the subject matter expert in HR data governance, data integrity, advanced modeling, and the creation of high-impact executive dashboards.
  5. Talent & Recruiting Lead

    : 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. This role is responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy, managing full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) environment is optimized for efficiency, candidate experience, and compliance. The Lead will utilize advanced recruiting tools to build robust talent pipelines and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
