As the Lead HRIS Analyst supporting Avature, you will take a lead-level role within HRIS. In this role, you will -
Collaborate with Recruiting leadership, Recruiters, and Recruiting Operations to analyze, design, and improve work processes and leverage the Avature system and other technologies to solve business problems.
Maintains a system orientation and works closely with peers to prioritize and plan work.
Serve as a point of contact for our recruiting applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, reports creation and process improvements.
Youll partner closely with our IT Department and supports upgrades, patches, testing and other projects associated with our recruiting applications. Key activities include:
System Implementation / Maintenance-
Participate in selection and testing of recruiting systems / processes and their implementation.
Test and implement recruiting application upgrades and patches, partnering closely with Recruiting team members, IT, and vendors, as appropriate.
Leading user acceptance testing efforts for defects / bug fixes
Assist in integration testing with other systems.
Production Support-
Provide technical support to users on recruiting applications and processes using internal BMC Helix Business Workflows Case Management system. This involves researching and resolving issues, training users and other HR team members on application functionality and recommending solutions or other approaches to meet requirements.
Reporting
This includes creation and maintenance of reports for integrations, recruiting, audits, and dashboards.
Audit and Assurance:
Partner with Assurance Team to conduct quarterly compliance/SOX system audits and provide supporting documentation to ensure regulations are met.
Workflows & Maintenance
Ensuring the workflow includes additional actions, ensuring conditionality is correct, and changing actions that are no longer relevant. There are several workflows on the system including:
- ATS
- Onboarding
- Campus recruiting
- Data privacy
- Communities
Email templates
: Create, edit, and configure in workflows. Onboarding tasks
: Create, edit, and configure in workflows. Recruiting operations day to day
: Ensuring smooth operation for issues raised, best practices, training on new functionality. Portals
: Review, create, and maintain Careers Marketplace, Internal Careers, Onboarding, and Landing pages Theme builder
: Build templates for emails and landing pages to ensure relevant look and feel for Recruiting/talent acquisition practices. Forms
: Create, maintain, and configure within workflows, scheduled actions, email templates, etc. Integrations
: Partner with IT to review issues, enhancements and configuration modifications as required. Scheduled actions
: Create and monitor reporting, integration, day to day operation activities actions set up on Avature. Views
: Create and maintain offer letter templates (for those countries that are live in Avature). This includes content, formatting for text, CSS configurations, and HTML edition to ensure proper formatting. Projects and Process Improvement
- Implement new applications and look for ways to simplify our existing applications. Recommend processes, user interfaces, and other changes to optimize the user experience.
