Job Description

As a Lead HRIS Analyst supporting Avature at BMC Helix, you will play a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Recruiting leadership, Recruiters, and Recruiting Operations to analyze, design, and improve work processes using the Avature system and other technologies. - Serving as a point of contact for recruiting applications, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, creating reports, and driving process improvements. - Partnering with the IT Department to support upgrades, patches, testing, and other projects related to recruiting applications. - Leading user acceptance testing efforts for defects and bug fixes, as well as assisting in integration testing with other systems. Your key activities will involve: System Implementation / Maintenance: - Participating in the selection and testing of recruiting systems/processes - Testing and implementing recruiting application upgrades and patches - Leading user acceptance testing efforts - Providing technical support to users on recruiting applications Reporting: - Creating and maintaining reports for integrations, recruiting, audits, and dashboards Audit And Assurance: - Partnering with Assurance Team to conduct compliance/SOX system audits and provide supporting documentation Workflows & Maintenance: - Ensuring workflow includes additional actions and correct conditionality - Creating, editing, and configuring email templates and onboarding tasks - Reviewing, creating, and maintaining Careers Marketplace, Internal Careers, Onboarding, and Landing pages - Building templates for emails and landing pages in the Theme builder Projects and Process Improvement: - Implementing new applications and simplifying existing applications - Recommending processes, user interfaces, and other changes to optimize user experience Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in computer science, human resources, or related field - Administration skills/experience in Avature - Strong knowledge of Avature configuration - Experience in project management and delivering training - Excellent communication skills At BMC, we value our employees and strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
