Role & responsibilities Understand and manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes. Provide helpdesk support for Avature users, resolving queries and training end users as needed. Effective communication skills in English (mandatory). Flexible to work different shifts (Hybrid or Work from Office model). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
