Lead - Housekeeping (Outport and SEZ)

Purpose/Objective

Lead - Housekeeping (Outport and SEZ) is responsible for maintaining exemplary cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across facilities, ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere. Duties encompass managing the housekeeping team, setting cleaning schedules, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with other departments for specific requirements, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Cleaning Protocols: Design and implement cleaning protocols to ensure hygiene and safety, creating schedules, selecting agents, and developing procedures for routine and deep cleaning tasks. Staff Management: Oversee housekeeping staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance, ensuring tasks are assigned, performance is monitored, and standards are met. Department Coordination: Align housekeeping services with facility needs by coordinating with other departments, ensuring tasks are scheduled without disrupting operations. Inventory Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory, ordering replacements, and ensuring proper maintenance to prevent disruptions. Safety Compliance: Ensure housekeeping practices comply with health and safety regulations by implementing safety procedures, proper chemical use, and conducting audits. Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Team Development: Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Qualifications and Experience
