F&B Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
• Conduct regular

  operational, hygiene, and quality audits

  for all outlets.
• Ensure all staff maintain proper

  grooming standards

• Address and resolve conflicts, grievances, and performance issues within the F&B team.
• Monitor and enhance outlet

  ambience, interior upkeep, and overall guest experience

• Identify and coordinate any required maintenance, corrections, or improvements in outlet interiors and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency in food, service, and operations.
• Review outlet performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Train, guide, and mentor outlet managers and F&B teams.
• Coordinate with management for new initiatives, promotions, and workflow enhancement.
  

Requirements

• 712 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in multi-outlet management.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Understanding of F&B service standards, hygiene norms, and operational SOPs.
• Ability to travel across outlets as per operational needs.
• Strong eye for detail related to ambience, interior standards, and guest experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate OR Post Graduate
• Experience OR Knowledge in QSR, Fine Dining, Caf chains, or Multi-brand operations.
