Role Summary

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients across manufacturing and product development industries.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases.
Maintain and update a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools.
Work closely with the business development team to schedule meetings, demos, and workshops.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and timelines.
Support marketing campaigns with targeted outreach and follow-ups.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
Provide regular reports on lead status, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing—preferably in engineering/software solutions.
Familiarity with ANSYS or other engineering simulation tools (a plus, not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage engineers and decision-makers.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven.
Willingness to travel locally for events or initial prospecting, if required.
