We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Growth Lead — a sharp, full-stack marketer who thrives on owning the strategy and execution of content creation, lead generation, organic growth, and email marketing across multiple product lines.

What You'll Do

1. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Craft high-converting content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Medium, YouTube Shorts)
  • Turn product features into emotional, story-driven narratives for both founders and consumers
  • Write compelling landing pages, lead magnets, case studies, newsletters, and scripts

2. Lead Generation & Funnel Building

  • Build, test, and optimize organic funnels that drive B2B and B2C leads
  • Develop and manage cold outreach email campaigns (yes, from scratch — we’re not buying lists)
  • Identify ICPs for each product and segment lead databases accordingly

3. Organic Growth & Email

  • Grow targeted email lists across products through smart content, giveaways, partnerships, and value-driven hooks
  • Design and run outbound email sequences using intelligent personalization tools
  • Launch re-engagement and nurture campaigns that actually convert

4. Social Media & Community Presence

  • Grow each brand’s organic social following through sharp, on-brand daily posts
  • Manage or oversee social scheduling, comment engagement, and trend-surfing
  • Identify partnership and viral opportunities across niches

5. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track what’s working (and ruthlessly kill what’s not)
  • Use data to inform headlines, formats, post timing, and lead flow improvements

  • Creative storyteller with a performance mindset — you know how to grab attention and drive action
  • Deeply curious — you research your audience until you get them
  • Hands-on operator — you're not just delegating, you're building the system
  • Builder over bureaucrat — you move fast, think clearly, and want ownership
  • Experience working in early-stage startups, especially across B2B and B2C
  • Bonus: You’ve run or scaled a newsletter, managed a personal brand, or helped a product go viral with $0 ad spend
