Role Summary

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll research prospects, conduct outreach, and manage CRM entries to build a steady stream of qualified leads. You'll play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams in driving company growth.

What Success Looks Like

• Generate

  30–50 qualified leads per month

  through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
• Maintain

  100% CRM accuracy

  for contacts and activity logs
• Achieve a

  lead-to-opportunity conversion rate of 10–20%

• Deliver

  weekly performance reports

  on open rates, responses, conversions, and recommended improvements

How You Fit In

You’ll report to the Lead Generation Manager and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Based on-site in Coimbatore, your efforts will directly influence pipeline development and support our regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Research:

  Identify target companies and decision-makers in Coimbatore and wider markets

• Multichannel Outreach:

  Execute personalized email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns

• Lead Qualification:

  Apply scoring criteria to prioritize and segment leads for Sales

• CRM Maintenance:

  Log all interactions promptly and update contact information

• Performance Reporting:

  Track key metrics and share actionable insights weekly

• Continuous Improvement:

  Recommend A/B tests and outreach refinements for better results

Essential Qualifications

• Experience:

  0–2 years in lead generation, SDR, telesales, or related role

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using email tools and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign results

• Education (preferred):

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
