Role Overview

International Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify international B2B prospects.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized pre-sales proposals and presentations.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs, focusing on data and analytics solutions.
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client queries.
• Assist in building strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate information.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect and customer interactions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to help position IMS Datawise strategically.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business development, or client-facing roles in B2B sectors (non-product based).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage international clients.
• Basic understanding of data, analytics, or technology services is preferred.
• Ability to analyze client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with international exposure.
