Job Description

Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international prospects (US/UK/Canada/etc.).
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly.
  • Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead conversions.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the sales/management team.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in international telecalling or lead generation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to handle cold calling, objections, and target pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
