Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing lead generation strategies, conducting thorough market research, and engaging with potential clients. The role also involves fostering relationships with stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Should have 6 Months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales and Cold Calling.
• Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business opportunities and market trends
• Excellent Communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Experience in Customer Service and addressing client needs effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Background or experience in technology-driven platforms or community management is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
