Job Description

As a Lead Generation/Business Development Representative at Offshore Ally, your role will involve proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails, setting up meetings or calls between clients and Account Executives, and presenting the company to potential clients. Your ability to identify client needs, suggest appropriate products/services, qualify leads from marketing campaigns, and customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to have a track record of achieving sales quotas. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. - Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. - Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives. - Present our company to potential clients. - Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. - Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. - Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction. - Maintain a track record of achieving sales quotas. Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. In this role, you will be expected to have experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), an understanding of sales performance metrics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to deliver engaging presentations, hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls), and strong time management and organizational skills.,
