Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential distributors, generating qualified leads, and coordinating follow-ups with Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Area Sales Executives (ASE). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, research abilities, and a proactive approach toward achieving sales growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential distributors and dealers in target markets.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

 Coordinate and schedule meetings between distributors and ASM/ASE teams.

 Maintain lead databases and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects.

 Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with company goals.

 Prepare daily/weekly lead reports and share updates with management.

 Support the sales team in achieving regional and national distributor acquisition targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good understanding of sales funnel and distributor network process.
