About the Role

Idiotic Media is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its related extensions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert high-quality leads into meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar prospecting tools/extensions to identify, filter, and reach out to qualified leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through structured lead-generation activities.
• Research target markets, industries, and client profiles to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls for the sales and leadership team.
• Track, maintain, and update lead information in the CRM with accuracy and discipline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine scripts, outreach pitches, and targeting parameters.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets related to outreach, qualified leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or similar outbound roles in advertising industry.
• Proven experience with cold calling and generating leads independently.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead-gen tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of outreach processes, prospecting workflows, and pipeline building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
