About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients to understand their campaign needs and objectives. 2. Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. 3. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of work as per client briefs. 4. Address and resolve client queries promptly, offering effective and proactive solutions. 5. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. 6. Manage multiple client campaigns and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
