Client Service Executive Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regard to conventional and digital projects 2. Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development. 3. Handling queries of clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination. 4. Responsible for revenue generation/payment collection from existing customers. 5. Coordinating with the existing clients to cross-sell new service 6. Attending client meetings to fix issues & discuss new ideas & projects. 7. Coordinating the execution with the internal team on the various elements of the project. 8. Identifying account growth opportunities and participating with the team in pitching for new clients for the company. 9. Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing monthly reports. 10. Maintaining daily job reports and an up-to-date work calendar.
