SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE Job brief We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Responsibilities Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Managing and boosting content. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Create calendars and syndication schedules Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with team to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions Requirements and skills Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability Fluency in English BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Digital marketing (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Skills Required ● 2-5 years of proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) along with understanding of motion graphic animation ● Create/Edit Motion graphics and Videos, add music, subtitles, create thumbnails, understanding of a style guide and executing it ● Conceptualize and present ideas as per the brief ● Shortlist visuals and footage to be used in the video ● Improve and correct lighting, coloring and faulty footage sound ● Create transitions, titles, graphics and other supporting materials for the video ● Correctly estimate and communicate the time and effort needed to perform tasks ● Contribute to the conceptualization of projects, coming up with ideas and contribute to the scripting process ● Edit content in collaboration with the content team to an exceptional standard and create repeatable/streamlined processes for on-going and future project needs ● Create basic video edits - automated audio syncing, color correction and grading, audio noise removal, trimming of non-content footage, basic titling, and logging of content ● Create the final cut rendered in appropriate formats ● Be responsible for the backup and archival of final cut content according to SOP guidelines ● Thorough understanding of animation pipelines and the process involved from conceptualization phase to implementation. ● Attention to detail is a must ● Good understanding of video content, video formats, compression techniques, and format requirements ● Proactive attitude and ability to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: CSS: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Design: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
