About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. 2. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams. 3. Coordinate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery. 4. Prepare project briefs, proposals, and presentations. 5. Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles. 6. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. 7. Maintain accurate records of client communications and project updates. 8. Support the team in identifying opportunities for account growth or upselling.
