About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and proven experience in crafting compelling advertisements across digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and brand managers to create visually striking campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design high-impact advertising materials for various media platforms including digital (social media, web, email). Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative design solutions. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative visual ideas. Prepare final artwork and liaise with vendors or developers as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in advertising or marketing design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles. Experience designing for both print and digital platforms. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
