Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and visualizing creative ideas across different mediums such as digital, print, OOH, packaging, and video. - Leading the visual direction of projects to ensure design consistency and quality. - Collaborating with copywriters, brand strategists, and creative directors to bring campaigns to life. - Providing constructive feedback to Designers and Video Editors to enhance the quality of their work. - Mentoring junior team members to ensure that creative output aligns with brand strategy. - Keeping abreast of design trends, video storytelling techniques, and new tools to drive innovation. - Translating briefs into visually appealing designs and audiovisual concepts that effectively communicate the intended message. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro is advantageous). - Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and basics of motion design. - Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and provide constructive criticism on design and video work. - A portfolio showcasing campaign work, strong design thinking, and creativity across various media. - Capability to multitask and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
