Youll guide a team of designers, help them think beyond the obvious, and set the creative standard across all projects. This is a hands-on yet leadership-driven role, balancing your ability to execute design with the responsibility of mentoring, directing, and ensuring quality across branding and social media clients. What Youll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers through ideation, design direction, and execution. Provide thought starters, feedback, and creative pushes that challenge and sharpen design outcomes. Oversee all design deliverables for branding and social media accounts, ensuring consistency, originality, and quality. Collaborate with teams to bring bold brand stories to life visually. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts - ensuring our work is fresh and relevant. Balance leadership with hands-on design when needed to set the bar. What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years leading or directing design projects. A strong portfolio that demonstrates branding, social media, and campaign work. Strong conceptual thinking - someone who can translate strategy into striking visuals.
