Job Title: Content Creator About the Role: We are seeking a self-driven and passionate Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit compelling content, as well as coordinate people for shoots. If you’re a creative hustler with your own equipment and a sharp sense of storytelling, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute photo and video content for social and digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Shoot high-quality videos and photos using your own camera gear Edit content (short-form and long-form) with creative transitions, text, sound, and basic colour grading Gather people/talent for shoots and coordinate their availability Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align content with brand needs Stay on top of content trends and recommend new formats Manage a basic shoot setup including lighting and sound (with your own equipment) Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content as per the content calendar Requirements: Must own your own camera, microphone, lighting, and editing setup (non-negotiable) Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Proven ability to shoot and edit professional-quality content independently Good eye for visual composition, lighting, and storytelling Comfortable coordinating with people for on-ground shoots Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time and tasks independently Bonus Points If You Have: Knowledge of local languages (Marathi/Hindi) Experience with scripting or creating content calendars Prior experience with brand shoots, influencer content, or product videos Please Note: All shoot equipment — including camera, mic, lights, and editing tools — must be owned and managed by the content creator.
