Graphic Visualizer

We are looking for a Graphic Visualizer who not only creates brilliant designs but also guides our team of Designers and Video Editors to deliver top-notch creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for advertising campaigns, branding, social media, digital marketing, and video content.
• Lead the visual direction for projects, ensuring design consistency across digital, print, OOH, packaging, and video.
• Collaborate with copywriters, brand strategists, and creative directors to bring campaigns to life.
• Review and provide constructive feedback to Designers and Video Editors to refine and elevate their work.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring that the creative output aligns with brand strategy and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, video storytelling techniques, and new tools to push the boundaries of creativity.
• Translate briefs into visually striking designs and audiovisual concepts that communicate effectively.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and motion design basics.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and critique design & video work constructively.
• Portfolio showcasing campaign work, strong design thinking, and cross-media creativity.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
