Social Media Associate

About the Role We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across social platforms. This role requires someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, and stay ahead of digital trends to ensure our brand voice remains consistent and impactful across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals Manage day-to-day activities across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including copy, images, videos, and stories Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and reports to improve strategy Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, content, product) to align campaigns and product launches Stay current on social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy Manage partnerships with influencers and creators, if applicable Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics across all platforms Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts professionally Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
