Job Description

NetTrackers is a digital solutions agency specialising in SEO, web development, and performance marketing. We're expanding our presence in the US and UK markets and looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist who understands how to attract and qualify high-value clients through cold outreach, particularly via LinkedIn and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target ideal prospects in the SEO and web development space in the USA and UK.
  • Build and manage lead databases, contact lists, and outreach funnels.
  • Craft and execute personalised LinkedIn messages and cold email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, or similar.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (industry, budget, project type, timeline).
  • Nurture and hand over qualified leads to the sales/closer team, or manage the end-to-end sales process if required.
  • Maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and track KPIs like open rates, response rates, booking rates, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in SEO and web development to tailor outreach messaging effectively.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging and optimise the outreach strategy for higher response and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years proven experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in SEO and web development services.
  • Strong understanding of the US and UK market nuances and buying behaviour.
  • Demonstrated success using LinkedIn and cold email as primary outreach channels.
  • Strong copywriting skills – able to write persuasive, concise, and professional outreach messages.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, Hunter.io, etc.
  • Experience in handling the end-to-end lead generation to conversion process is a major plus.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and managing lead pipelines independently.
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal) with a professional tone suited to UK/US audiences.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience in closing small to mid-ticket SEO/web projects ($1k–$10k+).
  • Understanding of technical SEO and web development basics.
  • Prior agency experience or experience working with digital marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance in outreach campaigns.

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month
  • Conversion rate from outreach to booking/demo
  • Email open and response rates
  • LinkedIn engagement metrics
  • CRM data hygiene and activity tracking
