Manufacturing Chemist

Job Timing: 9:30 Am to 6:00 Pm

Location: Corporate Office (Seven Seas Cosmetics) – B-71, First Floor, GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, Azadpur, Delhi -110033

Reports To: Head of Department

Salary Range: Negotiable as per market standards

B.Sc

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct manufacturing and scale-up of cosmetic formulations.

Ensure production processes meet quality and safety standards.

Operate and maintain machines used in the manufacturing process.

 Maintain and update all manufacturing records and batch documentation.

 Implement and monitor cGMP, 5S, and Kaizen practices.

 Control process wastage and optimize cost through efficient resource utilization.

 Use critical control tools to ensure process consistency and compliance.

 Perform data entry related to batch processing and production output.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation and production processes.

 Knowledge of manufacturing machinery operation and maintenance.

 Familiarity with quality and safety standards (GMP, ISO, etc.).

 Good documentation and analytical skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
