Lead Generation

In this role at PINQ, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers for various purposes such as order confirmations (COD, prepaid, and RTO orders), collecting customer feedback and post-purchase experience, and engaging with customers who have visited or shown interest on the website. Additionally, you will address customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, feedback collection, and engaging with potential customers. - Address customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries professionally. - Upsell and cross-sell suitable products or add-ons to increase order value and customer satisfaction. - Record and update orders and upsells accurately in Shopify. - Maintain complete and accurate call and order records in CRM systems. - Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment and issue resolution. - Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective upselling (no call targets). - Ensure all communication reflects the brand tone and customer-first approach.
