Lead Generation & Inside Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research potential client companies in the UAE (Consulting, PE, Tech, and Financial Services sectors).
  • Drive outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Maintain and update prospect data in CRM tools like HubSpot or Excel.
  • Coordinate with the UAE leadership team to align outreach with ongoing recruitment mandates.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as content updates, campaign execution, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Draft short outreach messages and maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients.
  • Track performance metrics — leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline progress.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably agency experience, B2B, Talent Acquisition /HR tech).
  • Exposure to sales/inside sales in UAE/GCC/International markets (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable with self-managed work.
  • A self-starter with the drive to grow with a fast-paced global team.
