About the Role

You’ll research prospects, build target lists, run email/LinkedIn outreach, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. You’ll learn modern tools, follow playbooks, and track everything in our CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision-makers in assigned regions/industries.
• Build & maintain clean prospect lists (names, roles, emails, LinkedIn URLs).
• Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn; occasional cold calls if needed).
• Personalize messages using light research (role, pain points, tech stack).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads (basic BANT); hand off to Sales.
• Schedule meetings/demos; send calendar invites and reminders.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: log touches, notes, stages, and next steps.
• Track KPIs; share daily/weekly reports (leads added, replies, meetings).
• Follow compliance best practices (opt-outs, warmup, sending limits).

Must-Have Skills

• 0–1 year in lead gen/BDR/inside sales OR strong internship projects.
• Clear written & spoken English; concise, error-free messaging.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic internet research.
• Organized with Google Sheets/Excel; fast at data entry and cleanup.
• Persistent, positive, and target-driven.

Good to Have

• Exposure to IT services/SaaS prospecting.
• Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Snov, Hunter/Clearbit, HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
• Basic understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and BANT/MEDDIC.

KPIs You’ll Own

• Qualified meetings booked per week.
• Reply rate / positive reply rate.
• SQLs passed to Sales.
• List accuracy and CRM completeness.
