  • Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, company websites, social media, and databases.
  • Run outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects based on need, budget, authority, and interest.
  • Maintain accurate data and track interactions in the CRM.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to sharpen targeting strategies.
  • Book discovery calls / demos for the sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and ensure quick qualification.
  • Report key metrics such as lead count, conversions, and activity levels.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales / business development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus!).
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and confident in handling objections.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel & lead qualification models.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or consulting.
